- I live in Alaska. We are part of the USA and deserve the same things as every other US citizen. Many towns in AK are dependent on the Post Office for deliveries and there are no roads to drive to the next town. Besides, the 'next town' could be 100s of miles away, beyond a river or a mountain.

- Take away the high fructose corn syrup! Make them take it out of foods where it doesn't even belong, ie foods that are not meant to be sweet. Take all the strange hormones and pesticides away too while you're at it. Make our food sources clean again.

- All those books listed are adult fiction. Hunger Games is a YA (Young Adult). I would suggest "Life As We Knew It" by Susan Beth Pfeffer or if you like zombies, "The Forest of Teeth and Hands" by Carrie Ryan. Both are YA and well written.

- Trying to backpedal and claim this was about women in general is making her look even more foolish now. If she had an scientific studies to back up her claim about how 'pretty' woman are treated by other women or by society, I might have been willing to consider what she had to say as being valid.
